  • Loeb Boathouse Loeb Boathouse, Central Park New York, NY United States (map)

Calling all cycling enthusiasts! If you love to ride and are tired of doing circles around Central Park or riding solo, join the founders of offMetro.com on this rewarding cruise out of the city, over the GW Bridge and up the beautiful, mostly car-free roads along the Hudson River. Featuring the classic one-mile-long Alpine Hill climb, this three hour, 33-mile ride is for intermediate to advanced road bikers who are looking to discover new terrain or just have a fun day in the saddle with some new friends. Riders must be comfortable riding this distance at an average pace of 15+ mph, have a well-maintained road bike, spare tube, air, and water bottles.

We will start in Central Park and end at the Ranger Station on River Road, where we'll head back to the park. Riders are welcome to stick around and picnic. Route preview can be found here: http://www.strava.com/routes/372832.
